**Location:** in the Karuscia-Campobello district, a quiet area in the north-east of the island, with a panoramic view of the sea and the Punta Spadillo lighthouse. **Distances:** from the sea, 1 km Punta Karuscia, rock; 4 km Lago Specchio di Venere – from the centre, 3 km. **NB:** Due to the location of the dammusi we recommend renting a car or scooter.
**Description:** recently built villa, surrounded by a large garden of approximately 5,000 m2, characterized by palm trees, olive trees, vines, succulents and Mediterranean scrub, hosts a large dammuso called "Gaura", adjacent to a small dammuso called “Edulis”, a Solanum dammuso, in a dominant and private position and a Grotta dammuso about approx. 50 m from the Gaura dammuso.
**Dammusi:** 4 all with sea view, furnished in a modern style, respecting the Pantelleria architecture, with independent entrance, external terraces covered with wainscoting and delimited by masonry seats, also called "ducchena". **Equipment:** bathroom with shower and hairdryer, Wi-Fi, mini fridge with freezer in the Grotta, fridge in Solanum, Gaura, Edulis and Grotta, satellite TV, air conditioning. Additional outdoor shower, in the Solanum and Gaura dammusi.
**Edulis:** double bedroom and bathroom without bidet. Large outdoor veranda covered with cannized wood with kitchen and dining area.
**La Grotta:** double bedroom with sitting area, bathroom. Large outdoor veranda covered by cane with kitchen and dining area.
**Solanum:** living room with dining area and kitchen, double bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet. Possibility of additional beds in a double sofa bed.
**Gaura:** living room, kitchen with dining area, double bedroom with bathroom and hallway. Possibility of additional beds in a double sofa bed.
**Services:** reception area, seasonal infinity pool. Two barbecue areas, one with a wood oven and fridge, three gazebos furnished with tables, chairs, cushions and benches. Solarium furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas. Jogging paths. Unattended parking covered by reeds. Animals are not allowed. Credit cards are not accepted. **For a fee:** Arrival and departure transfers on request.
