DAY 1: REYKJAVIK
Arrival in Reykjavik. Transfer with Flybuss from Reykjavik airport to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 2: SKAGAFJORDUR/BORGARFJORDUR
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, panoramic tour of Reykjavik with the guide to admire the historic center, the harbor, and the parliament. Departure to the North, reaching the Skagafjördur area. Along the way, pass by the Hraunfossar waterfall and Europe's most powerful hot spring: Deildartunguhver. Also pass through the Holtavördurheidi plateau to reach the Skagafjordur area. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 3: SIGLUFJORDUR/DALVIK/AKUREYRI
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the Glaumbær farm-museum (entrance included), where you can admire the typical constructions and activities of Iceland in the past. Continue to Siglufjordur to visit the Herring Museum and learn about the fishing and processing techniques of this important Icelandic resource, including a tasting. Continue to Dalvik for a whale watching boat excursion. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 4: SKEI – MYVATN AREA
Breakfast at the hotel. Continue to the Myvatn Lake region, a true spectacle for the eyes and those fascinated by volcanic phenomena. Stop at the famous Godafoss waterfall, the Waterfall of the Gods. In addition to the impressive Skutustadagigar craters, you will see the bizarre lava formations of Dimmuborgir and the Hverarönd area with its hot springs and mud. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 5: DETTIFOSS/EAST FJORDS
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Dettifoss, the most powerful waterfall in Europe. Continue to Egilsstadir, considered the most important city in East Iceland, and to the East Fjords. The route winds through beautiful mountain landscapes. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 6: GLACIAL LAGOON/SKAFTAFELL
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by bus and visit the spectacular Jökulsárlón glacial lagoon for a boat tour among white and blue icebergs. Continue to Skaftafell National Park, located at the foot of the Vatnajökull glacier, the largest glacier in Europe. Continue the journey in the South of Iceland. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 7: GOLDEN CIRCLE/REYKJAVIK
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for the famous black beach near Vik, where you can admire the Dyrholaey promontory. Driving along the southern coast, you will also encounter the spectacular waterfalls of Skogafoss and Seljalandsfoss. On this day, the famous "Golden Circle" excursion will be undertaken, including a visit to the famous Geysir area, where Strokkur erupts every 5-10 minutes. We will also visit the Gullfoss waterfall and Thingvellir National Park, where the forces of the great Atlantic rift are clearly visible. Return to Reykjavik. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 8: DEPARTURE Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer with Flybus to Keflavik airport.
